Q: Can this be used on black and decker firestorm tools?

Yes. I have the 18V black and decker system. I ordered this and now have a 20v tool set. It works awesome and batteries last way longer. I recently bought another one

Not sure but It worked on 18 volt tools

I've used it with the 20 volt battery and not tried the 24 volt battery. If the prongs on the 24 volt are the same as the 20 volt, it would. Otherwise, no.

I don't think so. This is very specific. the older b&d tools had an 18 volt battery interface like the top you can see. the newer B&d 20volt batteries plug into the bottom. I don't think you can mix and match brands like that. from what I have seen it won't lock in.
