Noticed an improvement in blood flow within the third day of beginning taking this sup. Being at 2mg I was able to test my system in order to see just how much I can tolerate and what (if any) side effects I would experience. Well...the only thing that I'm noticing is bloating. This is or course not at the 2mg dose, this is at 10mg.There isn't anything wrong with this product at all. As a matter of fact, it has been the jumping-off point for me to realize HOW beneficial L-Citrulline is for my system. Per serving is 15 cents. This isn't bad, but these are 2mg servings. The optimal dose of L-Citrulline is 10mg. So in order to hit that optimal dose of 10mg, you will be paying .75 cents and you'll only have 20 doses. This isn't really optimal but like I said, the quality is still VERY good. I guess it really just depends on how much you're looking to add to your routine.
