Product does not hold a charge very long. Also doesn’t stay on after about 5-10 minutes. Customer service answered quickly and assisted, Thank You.

Extremely disappointed in this product. I bought this glue gun as a gift for a crafty friend. We charged the device for over 5 hours and it still will not turn on. as it is not holding a charge. Looking at customer reviews now, I'm seeing that many other people have had the same complaints. Also, while 'other customers who purchased this item also bought' full size glue sticks to pair with it, watch out! This glue gun is only compatible with mini sticks (which is not listed in the description).

The first one that I received would not charge so the seller sent me another one immediately. The second one I received charges fine, but when I use it the glue does not stop coming out no matter how you have the gun sitting. The tiny little glue sticks last about 2 minutes before you have to add another one. I went out and bought another glue gun that works much better. Based on my experience with this brand, I will never buy again. The seller was great, nothing against them.

I've been using a chorded glue gun for the longest time, so a chordless one is amazing. Heats up the glue quickly and works we'll. Easy to charge with indicator lights to tell you when it's ready. No complaints so far.

Very disappointed. Have this to my wife for a Christmas gift. She got it out this past week to use it for the first time and it doesn’t work. Won’t charge or heat up. I see now several people have had this same issue. I would like to know who to contact to exchange, thanks!

Bought this for my daughter for a Christmas present. When she brought it out to use it, it would not heat up. When I looked to return it, they said that the return window had been shut. It had been approximately 3 months. I just feel that this is totally unacceptable.

Nice clue gun. Works great on anything.easy to use no problem with it at all.
