I’ve had this hammer since 2021 and layed thousands of kurbs/edgings/slabs ad only needed to change the ends 3 times well worth the money and something to look after in the tool box

Very nice hammer, good weight and balance, ideal for laying kerbs and paving. Easy replaceable parts too.

I do a lot of joinery, fit kitchens and I love this mallet. Its lightweight, has a good feel and is well balanced. Cant fault it. Once you know it's made in Germany you know you'll get a good product cos let's face it they make very good precision tools.

Great hammer. The design of the head adds a little weight to it compared to the equivalent Wiha hammer, so it delivers a better blow. It also has a much better finished handle than the equivalent Wiha product. The blue face has consistency of a hard rubber whereas the grey face has the consistency of a hard plastic: a useful combination.

The Simplex Soft Head hammer has become something of a classic design. It feels very well made and solid though it's a shame that the head and handle had a few marks and scratches on them from when they were assembled in the factory. Amazon customer service was excellent!
