I've tried a lot of multivitamins over the years and most are difficult to swallow. Everyone is familiar with multivitamin horse pills! Also, the benefits of mega-dosing vitamins is controversial, so I was looking for a good everyday vitamin supplement that would enhance my diet. I also didn't want to be taking such high doses that I was literally pissing them down the drain. These are soft pills, not the hard vitamins I'm used to and they are easy to swallow. They are perfectly dosed, so you get the benefits without wasting money. This is a great combination of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients. I can feel the difference when I forget to take them in the morning. They recommend taking 2 pills with each meal, but that's pretty heavy-handed, so I've been taking 2 in the morning after breakfast with their new Flexuron pills for joint health and it's been a wonderful combination. Highly recommend this company and their products. You always get what you pay for and the quality is consistent without all the hype. Their products are the first brand that I look for when shopping for health products and I've never been disappointed.

I have read much about this product and so I had to try it. After doing so, I do not feel the difference that I have heard others comment on. One thing though is that it does not have a bad taste or smell, like other vitamins. I just did not feel a difference with them.

Perfect Multi has been my everyday vitamin for over a decade. After reading extensively about the process undertakend and science used in creating its formula I decided to give it a try and was impressed at the subtle but definite improvements in my health and energy level. After all these years it still helps. My new wife began taking it a few months ago and says that it gives her energy level a definite boost, one that can detect lessening if she forgets to take her two daily doses.
