Q: We’ve bought this unit and the “soft close” function seems to create a Vheavy resistance to the bin drawer being opened. Anyone else had this problem?

Not really, there is a slight resistance because they are soft close. The frame has to be well supported and level.

Q: Does it come with everything in the picture ie, the bracket the bins slide into

Yes, i also ordered the door connector as extra.........the main bit is easy to fit, door connector a bit trickier

Q: my cupboard is 262 wide and drawing spec says its 264 wide, how accurate is the 264 measurement? will it squeeze into a 262 wide cupboard?

It may just fit, but you may need to remove the top cover to do so.
