I’ve struggled with ADHD, my whole life, and dealt with the nasty side effects of memory loss for a long time. I’m well understanding of how Citicoleen takes effect of the brain and helps produce or at least boost memory. So far I’ve been taking this product for about a month, and I’ve noticed my ability to remember is a lot smoother than before. How I know this is that I normally forget what I ate the day before, but since taking this product that has not been an issue at all. It’s always worth a shot, you never know, everybody may feel a different benefit. Or they may not feel one. Nonetheless, it was definitely something that I recommend trying. It was worth it.

Great I’m sure. I have no idea if this works or not. Sorry my organs are not sending messages to my brain saying, “Hey this is your kidney or your liver or the lungs and or heart!! We love this stuff! Can you please keep taking this forever please?!” I take so many different vitamins that I couldn’t tell you one way or another and be actually honest which would mean I think something doesn’t mean it’s true. Taking PQQ Optimizer from Life Extension and I also take NAD1500 + Resveratrol, Cognitex Alpha GPC, NAC and 15 more. So how can I say what it does? I gave them 5 stars because I buy a lot of their products and nothing bad has come of it that I’m aware of. So I’m being optimistic here.

Great for swelling in the feet

This product is amazing. It has helped tremendously with attention and concentration and clarity. Will absolutely buy it again.

After years of taking choline bitartrate 500mg, I switched to Cognizin CDP-choline 250mg for two months. Both compare roughly equally as far as noticeable improvement in practical problem-solving. Neither helps much with memory (full disclosure: I'm in my seventies). The Cognizin CDP-choline tablets are much smaller and easier to swallow than the gigantic Nature's Way choline bitartrate tablets. That's a big plus. However, I will switch back to choline in the bitartrate form, because of the extremely vivid dreams I get with Cognizin (on waking, it takes a while to distinguish dreamland from reality, and my dreams are never pleasant). I tried reducing intake of Cognizin tabs to one every-other-day, and then one every-three-days, all to no avail. So, I'm out. But if you have sweet dreams, you're all set.

I believe it is working for me as well as the other supplements with higher price tags which make it a win in my book. it's easy to swallow, doesn't upset my stomach. I will continue to use it.
