Q: Hi, how does this are cleaned?

All of the Sofft applicators can be cleaned by rubbing the item on a paper towel at a 90 degree to the way it is used. That will get the majority of the pastels wiped away. If they get too dirty you can clean them in a mixture of 50% water and 50% rubbing alcohol.

Q: When should i change the soft applicator?

You should change the applicator itself when it starts to come apart after extended use. The pencil stick that comes with it rarely needs to be replaced.

Q: How do you change the heads?

To change the heads, gently grasp the foam head in one hand and the handle in the other hand and pull. The foam head has "legs" that compress when they're in the handle. Hope this helps!
