I had to find an extra part to attach under my sink. However, the product works with no problem after I've done it!

The gaskets at the top are broken and water floods over the top onto the floor. Not worth it.

This is the worst product imaginable for the price. The fittings don't fit into the adaptor this is included. It leaks, primarily from the joints that were made in the factory (between the flex hose and fitting.It is unbelievably cheap stuff for a very high price.I had to immediately un-install it due to the leaks, only to find that it is not returnable.

The lid cracked and let go on both that I purchased. They just weren’t durable enough for our application.

I bought two of these for use in a new clay studio. Both of them leak from the gaskets and from the lid. What a waste of money!

I had this installed in a lab sink that I might use once a month at most. The plastic lid cracked right after the warranty expired. It cracked in two places; the connection to the sink and to the drain line. It's a defect in the plastic because most negative reviews describe the same overall problem. I got in touch with the seller and they didn't really care to make it right. They basically told me that it was out of warranty even though they know that the product was defective from the beginning based on the multiple negative reviews. All I wanted was an inexpensive replacement plastic lid but they were not interested in making me happy. I'm a business owner and my customers are very important to me. Clearly, my satisfaction is not important to Genuine Dental / Medical Supplies. I've been an Amazon customer for a very long time and I buy a lot through Amazon for both my business and personal needs. I'm very happy with most of the products I buy but I'm very disappointed here

Easy installation since we were replacing an existing plaster trap. The hookups was very straight forward with the included hoses. The problem was with the seal on the rim underneath the lid of the bucket. Immediately after installation and the bucket had filled, I started to notice a small constant drip underneath the lid. All other fittings were dry and secure. There was no water on top of the lid. The best that I could figure is that the rim seal was not good. I tried to clamp it down to stop the leak but to no avail. I will try to return it.UPDATE: Finally got approval to return the empty bucket and included hoses. The company, JD Dental, will not provide free returns, so I took it down to the carrier to send it back. The postage cost to deliver an empty, defective plastic bucket was going to be $52. Not worth my time or expense since the defective item cost $69. Beware of return policy and obligations before you buy!
