I have been taking this product for years but always in capsules. My order, before this last one, was mistakenly tablets, very large and extremely difficult to swallow. The capsules are great. I take them for health purposes after reading a very informative book by Linus Pauling regarding the benefits of Vitamin C. Haven't had a cold or flu for over 20 years.

It works.
I take 2 capsules in the morning after I eat per Dr orders. Helps keep my vitamin C regulated. Only wish the capsules were smaller.
