Very hard plastic.
This has hard plastic ends not rubber. Does not flex. The motor attachment broke on the second time pulling the boat. It make work better for a motor with power trim and remote steer. Anything that has easy movement, it won’t last. My second one lasted slightly longer but the plastic broke again. It’s just not flexible enough to allow a little movement from normal pull down the highway.
