I use them with my braces and they've been excellent. They're easy to put on, don't break, and hold pressure well to close the gaps between teeth. They come in a good quantity and the quality is very good.

I have a small gap in my front teeth and the bands will close the gap in a couple hours of wearing them. I don’t wear them for more than a day, I usually do it before an event, pictures, etc. the gap returns just like it would if you don’t wear your retainer.
