Well made and rich looking — wrong color for me

Definitely what I needed, it is a great bag for gifting jewelry in. The thickness is great and the size is decent. I added some labels to them and I loved the velvet on them and the darkness of the black! Would recommend for gifting jewelry or storing/selling.

The bags are small, but make the contents seem very special. They are quite economical. For friends I write out the meaning of their name. I add a Bible verse that goes with the meaning of their name and its origin. I put a decorative white glass stone in the bag with this additional verse “… to him who overcomes I will give … a white stone with a new name written which no one knows except him who receives it” (Revelation 2:17). This makes a sweet economical gift. I prepared 2 sets for older friends who wanted to give a gift to their families, but didn’t have the financial resources. They gave them to their families in a group where each could share the meaning of their name and their personalized Bible verse. I have done this as an ice breaker activity for women in a para church setting. I then told the story of Jacob wrestling with the angel. “Bless me, bless me.” He was blessed with a new identity, a new name. These bags were perfect for the little paper with the personal information and the white stone.

Great quality

For years I would leave gold dollar coins and $2.00 Bills as tips for wait staff and then I saw these purple velvet pouches and I thought this is a perfect way to up my game. The pouches come in many different sizes but I settled on the 3x4" version and so far so good. The velvet is not super soft but that should change over time with use. I got a 20-pack and they were shipped quickly and packaged well. The pouch appears well made. I put anywhere from 10 to 20 coins and a couple of $2.00 bills in them and they fit good. The pouch makes that sound we all know from the movies when you plop it full of coins in to someone's hand. Very satisfying and I love to see people smile when they get a pouch and open it.
