Great if you pay attention to what you’re buying
This is a great titanium bottle. It doesn’t leak, is lightweight, and I can put it directly on the stove or in the fridge. This is single walled and not meant to be an insulating cup. The sleeve it comes with works fine to keep your hands from being burned or cold depending on the temperature of the liquid inside, but the sleeve is tight and a little difficult to remove. It also fits perfectly inside old oatmeal cans which does the job as well.Note that when exposed to sufficient heat, titanium turns a rainbow of colors. It is perfectly safe, and doesn’t damage the titanium at all. I heat anodized mine into a beautiful blue which will scratch off over time, but can be renewed with a second application of heat. The vibrant colors I was able to get mine to turn also let me know this is a high grade titanium, as promised.Mine has very quickly replaced both my kettle and daily water bottle. I can even cook meals in it! I will be returning to Keith for more of my cookware as I can afford it.Keep in mind when you first get it you will want to wash it a few times and let it sit filled with water overnight. Pour that water out the next morning, wash it one more time, and you won’t have any problems with taste.

Best
Excellent bottle. Others have said one has to be careful with the cap and put it on correct otherwise it could leak. Have they updated the bottle? Because I’ve had no trouble with the cap at all and the cap isn’t a fiddle to get on. This is the perfect size for me, well built - should last a lifetime and more. Best of all water tastes amazing from this - no plastic.

Too expensive for what it is.
Nice quality but too expensive. Beautifully packed - excellent gift!

Struggles to properly lock close
I really enjoy this water bottle. It’s extremely light, and nests with my snow peak 600 cup. The only issue I have is that the scraping noise it makes when opening and closing the bottle. Another issue is that if the cap doesn’t seat properly, it will cross thread and leak, which has happened on a recent trip. Other than that, it is a really visually appealing water bottle compared to my nalgene or yeti that I also own.

My Favorite Titanium Water Bottle
Favorite? Did he say favorite? Geesh...Yes, I have a few: Vargo 700, Vargo BOT 700, Keith 550, and Keith 400.I like this one the best because of the cap and the wide throat. The cap is not threaded; it's best described as a bayonet mount: attach, rotate 1/4 turn, and you're done. So for fast access, nothing beats the bayonet mount. Is the bayonet mount secure? Well, I regularly fill it with water and ice and either tea or coffee, shake the crap out of it and--nothing, not one drop leaks out. I should say that if you're not careful, you can mis-mount the cap--clearly at an angle--and it will leak, so pay attention. Note that the water-tightness of the cap depends on the easily removable silicone cap liner. I hope there is an after-market cap liner available from Keith. There is a teensy-weensy hole in the cap (not the liner), I assume this is a release valve should the capped bottle be heated. The wide throat is perfect for ice, and makes it easier to see how much fluid is left. The bottle comes with an insulated sleeve, and a strap that is reminiscent of camping canteens. The strap can be removed, but I also removed the metal clips for the strap, which left a more streamlined package. The canvas-like, non-neoprene sleeve does a great job insulating my hand from hot and cold liquids. One drawback of the sleeve is its light color shows stains more readily. And only time will tell if the sleeve is durable. The sleeve has a drawstring that does a great job to keep the sleeve attached when the bottle is removed from a narrow water bottle sleeve in a backpack, a feature i miss on other sleeved water bottles. The only downside so-far is there's no way to attach a tether to the cap. Although I've left it on many counter tops, I've realized my error almost immediately. I would not want to use this bottle in any location where dropping the cap would be irretrievable, so I avoid roller coasters and surfing...

Already love my Keith titanium bottle
I like how light the bottle is and it fits perfectly inside my toaks 550 pot. The look of the pouch is really nice & makes it easy to carry around. The lid is very easy to put on and stays on really tight on the bottle. I can't wait to take it with me on my fishing trips.

Keith makes the best Titanium water bottles period!
I have quite a few titanium water bottles. Keith are by far the best. Valcan are good too, but these are the best. I love the lid. I bought 3 extra silicone gaskets on eBay for cheap. It should last 5 lifetimes!

High quality. Bulky and adds 10.5 ounces.
Title says what I wanted to say. It’s a one function piece of gear, and these days I look for multi function whenever possible. If you want to cook with it, there’s no handle. If you want to backpack, it’s bulky and doesn’t compress (smart water bottles paired with a sawyer squeeze filter are better & replaceable). The total weight is actually 7.7 ounces for the one I received and the total weight with the holding pouch is 10.5 ounces. I do like that the holding pouch helps to keep cold water cool for a couple of hours. All the above being said, this is a high quality canteen, and I’ve used it for years with no trouble with the cap as others mentioned. Just be sure to practice putting it on correctly when you get it.It’s still in great condition, so I’m planning to sell it now that I’m downsizing all of my gear to go on backpacking trips.
