Memory Foam Pillow, Neck Pillow, Cervical Pillow for Neck Pain, Orthopedic Contour Pillow for Back, Side, & Stomach Sleepers (24”x15”) Queen Size with Hypoallergenic Pillowcase

Ive had an old sharper image or brookstone pillow from ages ago, i honest think it was a tempurpedic line but i checked for that same pillow and its too firm for me. This pillow is soft and squishy but firm for me to put a gentle enough pressure on my cervical spine to induce fluid drainage and relaxation! Other firm memory foam is too hard for me to relax and as a result I have to compromise comfort. I am so happy that I found a replacement to my favorite pillow and I will never throw it away again!! :)

I've been using this pillow for three nights now. My impressions: First, when the box was delivered, I thought, "What did I order that fits into such a small box?" Then I remembered how compact things like memory foam mattresses are. Once opened, the pillow expanded to its full size in about an hour.The problem I've had in the past: I don't fall into one of those easy categories: "Are you a side-sleeper?" "Sleep on your back?" "Do you sleep on your belly?" Over the course of the night, I turn many times, and I can answer YES to all three positions. So a pillow that worked great for side-sleeping got uncomfortable when I changed positions.After three nights of use, I "get" the memory foam benefits: BOTH my neck and head are now firmly supported, REGARDLESS of the position I'm in. The pillow adapts to the position I'm in, and provides just the right support, and it does it instantly.The proof is in the trying: Since I've used this pillow, I wake up much less during the night. As someone who has trouble falling back asleep, this is a godsend. I would buy this pillow again even if I remained lying in one position the entire night. But for someone like me, who tosses around a lot, it's a no-brainer. I wish I tried it sooner!

Okay, first, this pillow smells so bad when first opened. I thought I still wanted to air it out and give it a try. Here's what I did: Take it out of the zip up pillow cover included (that didn't smell) and wash it on hot. I would have done this anyway. The pillow smelled so bad that I couldn't air it out in a room I would be in. I laid it across a clothes hamper and left it for 3 weeks, then put the cover back on, added an allergy cover I already had, then a pillow case. I am very sensitive to smells, so if I bury my head into the pillow I can still barely smell it. Now, I had cervical spine surgery a few years back and this pillow takes away the pain I was having using my regular foam pillow. The bottom line is if you're willing to go through the de-smelling process, this pillow really takes the pain away. Not sure what the return policy is, but I'd check it out just in case.

Comfortable for back sleeping but hurts my jaw while trying to sleep on my side. Hoping to get it broken in some day so I can use it throughout the night.

I almost don’t know what to say other than GET THIS PILLOW! I’m a side sleeper, stomach sleeper, toss and turner if the weather is hot and I live and breath being outdoors and playing sports. So I constantly wake up with neck pain, stiff neck, or the pain switches from side to side so I almost never have a pain free neck or shoulder area. But this pillow did change that. One side has a taller curve and the other side has a shorter curve. When I sleep on my side, I find that the taller curve supports my neck and spine without tension. When I sleep in my stomach, I flip the pillow so that My neck is turned to one side or the other and resting in the shorter curve. My neck and shoulder blade area feels much much better. The stretching that I find I still need to do seems to be coming from living actively whereas before it was compounded with pain from sleeping without the proper support! I’ll also add that I replaced my mattress 2 years ago and felt relief the first few months and then since then I’ve been tossing money into so many different types of pillows that have not worked. The silver lining is that all of those pillows look nice on the bed but get tossed to the side at night because this one is all I need. At least for now.

I've always shied away from anything memory foam in the past because I simply didn't like the memory foam products I've seen in the past where the indention stays put for quite some time. I don't know why but I just didn't like that. Normally I would use a goose down pillow and just bunch it up underneath my neck for support. This seems to work quite well but down pillows are very expensive and after time they just become worn out and won't keep any shape. Anyhow I decided to try this one. I'm happy to say that this is quite different than the memory foam pillows I've seen in the past. It's not quite as heavy and it springs back pretty quickly. The humps on the long side give really good support for my neck and I really like the fact that I can use it on my back when sitting up in bed and watching tv. So far I'm supper happy with it. Hopefully it withstands the test of time. Looking at the construction and quality I believe it will.

Great pillow for the money. I bought my wife a "I heart my pillow" brand for twice as much as this one, and I honestly like this one better. This one more contoured and "fits" better. I sleep on my side mostly, with my arm under the pillow, it works great for that, it's just squishy enough.I used to sleep with a super flat pillow so it could go on my arm while sleeping on my side. Not anymore with this pillow. Additionally, I just had my hip replaced so I sleep on my back a lot at the moment, thankfully there's enough support. I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. This pillow doesn't make me sweat, either. It's a really great pillow overall. Highly recommended!
