I was admittedly skeptical at first, because the pillow seemed small, thin, and lacked any special technology or design elements - how could it possibly help reduce my hip pain when sleeping on my side. I was totally mistaken. This pillow is amazing - it is comfortable, fits perfectly between my legs, is soft yet firm enough to maintain separation between my legs and give the proper support to the upper leg, it is easy to repostion when I switch sides and most importantly... IT WORKS. My hip and lower back pain was, for all intents and purposes, eliminated, allowing me to sleep through the night for the first time in many weeks. I highly recommend this product.

I like that this pillow is a good width to not let knees touch but not too wide to make it uncomfortable. I would have liked if it came with a pillow case, but you can fold a standard pillow case to make it work. It is very light weight and supports well.

So glad we researched various pillows for hip pain management before buying. Very comfortable and good length for average height women. Pillow is firm but soft enough to form to legs. The indented shape down the length and perfect thickness combine to make it easy to use after a couple of nights use. We have only used it for a week so long term durability cannot be determined yet but is sure feels like professional quality product. Will update if situation changes.

I have Ehlers Dalos Syndrome and Arthritis, so because the joints in my hips and knees can slip out of their sockets it causes inflammation and pain, I need a firm pillow that can keep my hips, knees, ankles and spine all aligned otherwise it can lead to more damage and pain. This pillow has an indention that misaligns my legs leading to uncomfortable pain in all the spots on my legs and sometimes in my back. I'll wake up with a burning tingling sensation in my hip and it's because the pillow can't keep your legs properly separated, it's almost like there isn't a pillow at all. This pillow gets flat SUPER QUICKLY making it even worse. I bought a different pillow that was firm, round and long enough to hold my feet separated and keep everything aligned and the release of tension off my hips and spine is a blessing. If you want extreme pain in your legs and waking up with stiffness in your spine in the morning, this is the pillow for it. Please, get a better one, DO NOT BUY THIS SCAM OF A PILLOW!

I am recovering from hip replacement surgery and can only lay on my back or left side. I was looking for a body pillow that would support my leg when sleeping on my side. This pillow Looked perfect. Unfortunately it is not firm or plump enough to keep my leg propped up in the correct alignment and is far too short for a “body” pillow. It is a softer support for those looking for a flatter pillow. The valley down the center is helpful and keeps body parts from rolling or shifting out of place. It is a nice pillow overall but the price at 39.00 is a way too high for the actual overall quality of materials and size. The stuffing will not last over time as it’s just regular poly fill. I will use it until it falls apart or falls flat because as always easier to keep than return.

I am 6 feet tall and this is the right size. The groove is a good design as it helps keep it in place. And it is long enough that I can get my knees and my feet on it at the same time. Separating the feet can be very comfortable as well. Sometimes I put my feet on, other times I let my feet touch, whatever feels most comfortable. I am constantly adjusting to find the right comfort time at the time. This pillow is also the right thickness; not too thick that it gets in the way, but just thick enough that it provides enough cushioning and separates the knees when lying on your side. You can also use this when lying on your back: put the pillow underneath your knees to achieve a slight bend, which is also better for your back than lying completely flat. I've learned over time to use this pillow about 4 or 5 nights out of the week. The other nights, I don't use it. I don't know why but this seems to be the right balance. I almost never wake up with a sore/stiff back any more. Yes!

I have tried many kinds of pillows. Often they come with a smell at first, and need to be 'broken in'. Not with Yoga Pillow. Soft, clean, no smell, and worked wonderfully from the first night. The design is very simple. All I know is my legs LOVE this pillow when I sleep on my side. They find their comfort zone and relax. Soft as a cloud. And it seems to stay in place. I love it. Now I am going to try the Dual Sleep Neck Pillow because I am so happy with this one.

Sleep Yoga Back Side Sleepers, Ergonomically Designed Down Alternative Pillow for Knee Support is excellent. I wish I had ordered this pillow months ago. I have been so lucky to find it. I have at last had a full nights sleep after using this pillow. I have hip pain & can now sleep on my side again with the help of this pillow. I can highly recommend this pillow. It’s a perfect size for me .. I am 5’5” tall.

Very thin and not supported

Ordered this for after my knee replacement surgery. Works great and can throw it in the washer, comes out great.

For years I have used a sculpted small pillow between my knees when I sleep. However, it was always uncomfortable for my ankles. When I saw this pillow I liked the idea that it would reach from my knees to my ankles. It is very comfortable! My only complaint would be how expensive it is, but it was worth it for me.
