This auto cat feeder has great value for money And it feels quality and not cheaply made. It holds quite a large portion of cat kibble and it is very easy to set up and to top up on food. It functions very well and it has lasted 3 weeks with still abit of food left in the feeder!

Water bowl still working after 3 months so im happy with it , unfortunately the kitty decided to be a little piggy so we had to stop using food dispenser unless we are away overnight

Love the idea, it makes it easier than filling up everyday. Unfortunately, due to the unsteadiness of the top part, one has to be careful not to tip it over or make it tumble over, otherwise you have a big mess on your hands. So, a little unsteady. There should be a mechanism that ensures that the top part stays on firmly and doesn't wobble. Otherwise, a clever contraption.

This is the second of these water feeders we have bought, and it has proved to be one of the most reliable pet products we own. The first one lasted about two years before it eventually wore out, which I think is good value considering how heavily it was used. The capacity is excellent. Even with a large golden retriever, it holds enough water to last three to four days, which makes it very convenient. The design is straightforward but well thought out. It comes apart easily for cleaning, which has been a big improvement over other feeders we tried in the past that became green and mouldy and were awkward to scrub properly. With this one, keeping it clean is quick and simple. Another strong point is its sturdiness. The tank is solid, reasonably heavy when filled, and doesn’t get knocked over or pushed around, even by a big dog. It’s also easy to see at a glance when the water is running low. Having tried more complex electric gadgets, I’ve found this simple design works far better because there’s nothing to go wrong. Overall, it’s practical, durable, and very effective. I would happily recommend it and will continue to buy the same product in the future.

This was a really good purchase. I ordered it for an elderly ladies dog who I was looking after when doing live in palliative care. The Elderly lady was worried her old dog would run out of water with his usual metal bowl, so wanted another one as a back up , incase anything happened and I had to go out for some time. And as it was summer months the dog was drinking more than he usually does. This arrived very quickly, was easy to use, it held a good amount of water, and as the level of water drops in the bowl , it allows more to flow through and shuts off at the height it’s made to. There was never no accidents of it over leaking. For a Basic range my client and I was impressed. And the dog never ran out of water 👍 , which helped my client stop worrying 😁. 10/10 problem solved.

They seem a reasonable quality, perhaps a slightly more sturdy plastic could be wished for. I've only owned them for a few weeks when writing this. The water dispenser is difficult to wash by hand, even with a bottle brush, why doesn't it have a removable top like the biscuit feeder? I had to move it further from my door as every time it was knocked, it dispensed water. The biscuit feeder pretty much isn't self dispensing, with me having to tap the biscuits out several times a day and a few of my cats learning to do it with some added treats. The removable top does make refilling and cleaning a lot easier for the biscuit feeder. I spilled some water on my biscuit feeder, which was hard to remove without spilling its contents. The bottles lock in place so at least you can be sure they're secure. The cats and dog seem to like them (with cats constantly at the biscuit feeder) and they don't take up too much room, so a worthy investment so far.

This is the second one of these that I have bought, one for my house and one for my parents when they look after our cockapoo. It's really good, it changes filling up his water from a daily to a weekly task which is really convenient The only issue is that we've had green algae grow on the inside which was difficult to clean because you're not supposed to put this type of plastic in the dishwasher, but my partner managed to sort it out with a deep bleach clean! Highly recommended product, even it it makes it look like my cockapoo is going to the office cooler to drink :)

Bought for when I have to leave my cat for a couple of days. Fairly well made. Does the job.
