I have lost 10lbs in 22 days with a combo of this, excercise and eating less! So let's be honest, I am obese. When I started I was 5'4 and 210lbs. A year and a half ago I went in to a deep depression cycle, became inactive, and tried to numb the pain with comfort eating, so I gained 65lbs. I hated myself for letting my body get this way, and I felt overwhelmed at the amount of weight I needed to lose and I didn't even know where to even begin. I bought these on prime day on a whim, just to make some sort of attempt. Now, this small loss has kickstarted me into gear to lose the rest of the weight I need to. I got miles to go, but I think these were a good start.

I started this morning. I’m 100 lbs overweight. Not in good shape. So I needed some help with constant hunger and energy to start excercising. Cardio and free weights. No excercise until my home gym is built. So far I have a decent elliptical and weights. Just need the bench coming tomorrow. Call this premature but the difference was so amazing I had to say something. Took one pill at 6am and felt the energy and clarity by 6:20 so I took the 2nd one. Wow! I didn’t feel heavy for the first time in years. I was energized like I was years ago. And at 1st break when I have always ate a doughnut and breakfast sandwich plus I was not hungry. Just a walk and a cup of decaf. Had my oatmeal for lunch with a bottle of water. It was great not to go into a food coma after lunch. So humiliating falling asleep at the lunch table at work. Not today. Took the other two....feel great here at 9pm and all I ate was a few cups of pasta and a pickle. Not hungry at all and believe me. I ate hourly. Cheese and crackers. I used to love working out and I will again.

No fat burner alone is going to produce results; exercise and diet is going to be necessary to cut body fat. Timing doses is also important, since that'll help get the most out of it. That being said, this supplement did help with burning some body fat, curbing appetite, and providing a nice kick of energy. I'm at the end of this bottle, and while I can't give exact measurements, I have had to go to my next belt notch. I've also noticed more definition in my muscle tone, so the supplement can help with burning fat. Appetite suppression is there, and is more noticeable in the first 2-3 weeks of use. It was fairly strong initially, but then my body adjusted, and while the effects were still noticeable, it was more like taking an edge off of my hunger rather than flat out suppressing it. This could also be due to the intensity of my workouts increasing, which would result in an increased need to take in calories. In any case, it was enough to keep me from wanting to rip the door of my fridge, and kept me in check with small snacks as well. The energy boost was pretty high for the first couple weeks, enough so that I'd be cautious about using pre-workouts after taking this supplement. After the first couple weeks my body began to adjust, and I was able to enjoy a nice smooth boost in energy without feeling overstimulated. It became like getting my first cup of coffee in: awake, alert, and steady. I would still caution about timing any pre-workout supplements when using this, especially the higher stimulant pre workouts. During workouts I noticed that I was definitely building up more body heat. I would still be sweating during my normal exercise routines, and even more so during cardio. If I left a hoodie on, then it would be pretty well soaked by the time I finished heavier exercises such as squats or deadlifts, nevermind cardio. Good thermogenic effects, but be cautious to hydrate, and use good judgement if you're in hot climates already. Overall, I'm satisfied. I was able to cut down on cravings, burn some body fat, and keep my energy levels up. The price point and number of doses offered is also pretty good, and since it did produce results, I'll be buying this again in the near future.

Works exactly as expected. It feels exactly how glp1 injections feel, meaning no appetite, a bit rough to get used to in the beginning (some nausea, discomfort), but you do get results. I say this because I'm on glp1 injections now and right away it reminded me of this supplement. I used Trans4orm it for about 2 months then cycled off it since my body was getting used to it. After about a week or 2 of usage you do not feel nausea or discomfort, just appetite control.
