Great item and the wife loves it. Due to the amount of water flow the water dries and leaves a large water spot at the tip of the exit. Unsure how this affects people that have soft water but in So. Calif i don't use any water softener. The faucet does cleanup nice thou when needed and the water spots are easily removable. It's just unexpected when you clean your bathroom and an hour later the faucet looks dirty when it's actually not.

it doesn’t come with a drain stopper which for the price i immediately ordered one no worries BUT the face plate looked as if it was keyed before shipping it was so scratched(box no damaged) the hot/cold pipes were too short for our standard bathroom (2.5 inches) so we ended up spending over $100 to buy all the right parts

I purchased this for a small lavatory in my basement, and I installed on the smallest vanity I could find. I had an issue with water splashing up off of the vanity, but this was due to the sink being so small. I just turned down the water at the valves and played with it until I was comfortable with the flow. Unfortunately, I think it would be better if I was able to use higher pressure water, since water does not fill the entirety of the spout, but overall the look is great. It was an easy install, although not the best method I have seen used. It will be difficult to remove if I ever have to, as I was able to put it onto the sink before I installed the sink to the vanity. Minus one star for the installation method. Otherwise, I am very happy with the faucet and hope that it will work for years to come!

I recently purchased this faucet for a bathroom renovation and looked extensively before making my selection. I was looking particularly for a faucet with this finish and with the single handle. The waterfall feature was an added bonus as I find it adds a little extra class. Thought the price was very reasonable as well.I received the product on time without any damage or issues. The color was true to the description (which I found to not be the case for other oil-rubbed bronze products purchased elsewhere) and matched other hardware well.We purchased this faucet to go with a fairly small pedestal sink and honestly when it arrived I was afraid it would look too big or modern for the sink but really in comparison to other similar faucets this does not look so oversized and it’s not a problem. Again I like the waterfall affect and ease/simplicity of having one handle, just a cleaner look that maximizes the space we have available on the sink surface. Also the sink is not huge but the water does not spray out the front which could be an issue with a larger faucet. Overall no problems and meets all of my needs!

Was replacing another waterfall faucet and while I was skeptical that this faucet would be any good given how low it was priced I figured I'd give it a shot.Was packaged well. Typical install you'd expect. After 4 months you can see in the picture where the paint is already coming up. We have pretty high end water treatment with an iron curtain and softener so this has nothing to do with bad water. It's just a bad faucent.

The directions on this thing are sorely lacking, but my husband was finally able to get it installed on the third attempt. First try was my error putting the stupid washer thing on the bottom wrong. The second time the lines were leaking severely. Finally the third time, my husband got it. He has a bit of plumbing in his background and said it's an easy install once he really looked at it and figured it out, but the directions were no help. He did say, though, that it's a good, quality design .Also, the lines weren't long enough and didn't fit our water supply line, but a brass fitting and a longer line fixed those issues.

This is a very pretty faucet—it is VERY gold in color. We have installed it on a regular sink, not vessel, so if you run it at full force, you get splashed a bit. This faucet was a very good value. It does not have a drain lift bar so you have to use a push pop up drain.

Beautiful product, but I asked for a return as it didn't fit the counter top we had ordered. Can't get a response from shipper as how to send back.
