Q: how fast does it improve your concentration? I'm anemic and need help keeping up at work.

For me, within the hour. I don't take everyday, only when I'm doing a project. Also I take 2 to 3 in the morning then 2 or 3 more at lunch on those days. I was told by naturopath it was ok to take more, as our bodies make this and never had a problem. Been using for 10 years.

Q: Why does 351 mg of dmae equal 130 mg in tablet?

Well it has some fillers in it but the main reason I think is that it is DMAE bitartrate, a compound that is only part DMAE
