Good product & Seamless process of installation
Seamless process and were able to meet my different timeline of installation. Product is slick and installed properly by the technician.

Worst product worst customer service
Worst costumer service experience post delivery after few month I was getting issue with the product I raised a service request everyday they will tell you today our technician will visit you but no one come

Never purchase Kent Product In 2025
Using kent for 10 years, it's worst product ever. And Kent support is now pethetic. Within 3 months of installation, started facing issues. And for last 4 months even after several technician visits, it has not been resolved at all. They have replaced all of these major parts - but problems are still unresolved 1. TDS Balancer (failure to control TDS levels) 2. UV Lamp (fused) 3. UV Chamber (leakage) 4. Outflow controller (continuous 24-hour water outflow) 5. Carbon Filter I have no option now, but to move to the consumer forum. Kent is ignoring and taking things very lightly and have put my family's health at risk. Problems 1. it beeps loudly 24 hrs 2. Water leaks 24 hrs and so huge water wastage. 3. TDS balancer doesn't work (changed now) 4. It's causing throat infection

Water storage is not as advertised.
Installation was tricky. Needed plumber for everything. The KENT technicians were not co operative and shrugged off most installation responsibilities. Water storage is not as advertised...you get more like 2.5ltrs storage. So be wise and consider all factors before buying.
