Unsealed and not smooth
Jar seal had been partially removed. Also has chunks of hazelnut in it rather than a fully smooth paste. Their macadamia nut version isn't smooth either.

Perfect
Great quality, and you can tell it’s natural with no other ingredients in it! Good texture, dependant on how well you mix it, can be think or thin. Tastes lovely

Perfect and amazing quality. I also bought pistachios and pecan small jars. Pecan was rancid and off, went to the bin and can't return. But I do recommend hazelnuts and pistachios 👌

Decent taste, lacklustre texture and composition
I bought this paste for making ice cream (using a Ninja Creami), to make hazelnut or bacio flavours. For that use, this is absolutely the wrong product. The taste ended up being really off, and the consistency of the paste ruined the texture of the ice cream as well. This is likely due to a good amount of hazelnut skin being left in the end product. This is an ok product to substitute peanut butter on a toast, or to mix in cakes and the likes. For reference, I’m attaching a photo of another paste I ended up buying, which is a lot more liquid, but with a fantastic flavour and aroma. This is to show the different qualities hazelnut paste can get.

Unsealed so unsafe to eat.
Unsealed therefore unsafe. I got a replacement but it was also unsealed. The butter smelt lovely, nicer than the brand's I've tried before, but due to risk of contamination I could not eat it.

I was hesitant at first because it's 100% Hazelnut, no additives, but the kids love it. It's like most nut butters in that the oil separates, but it stayed smooth for the time we needed it. If you need it to last a long time you'll need to go elsewhere. It needs to be tossed after 3 months of being open. This product is great for allergy testing / food challenges because it has no additives.
