What case would you recomend to go with the charger.

I use it with an Amazon Fire HD, and an Anker charging plate.

Mine makes a loud squeaking noise when charging. Is this normal ???

No, mine is completely silent, may be it isn't secured well enough so is vibrating with a harmonic of the charging frequency causing a squeak.

Will this work with my Huawei P8 android

I stuck this to the outside of an HTC M8 then put a cleat plastic cover over the back of the phone. It works very well.

Will it work with Sony Experia Z3?

No idea but if the usb bit is the right way round I don't see why not. I gave mine to the mother in law (she's got a HTC), she's had no bother and it works through a leather case.
