The online pictures really don't do this product justice. It is such a beautiful mug that we bought for our friend's birthday. I especially like the choice of writing a short message on the back as well as the name engraving. This colour is particularly beautiful. Definitely a good choice for a present.

Loved the quality and the prompt service Even more! I bought two as leaving gifts for nursery teachers, left it a bit late to order but I still had to get them in time before the last day of nursery. The seller not only answered my messages promptly but processed the orders quickly, and shipped to arrive the next day at no extra cost! I offered them today and the teachers loved their gifts! I couldn’t be more pleased! Will definitely buy again!

Really good quality however the name isn’t directly in the middle of the letter as shown in the picture. Good value for money, would still recommend it!

This is a pretty mug well personalised it is not fine china though as it is quite heavy if bought for an older person.

Arrived quickly and was as described. The text of the mug was a bit smaller than I expected, would have preferred it to have been bigger, otherwise I am happy.
