An Informative, insightful and timely book!
"Craft Weed" is an important book in understanding our options as legalizing Marijuana and Hemp production continues. The Book raises important questions and choices that our policy makers will be facing as they "craft" legislation that will affect how farmers (small family farms or big agriculture), consumers (high quality organic with regional names or industrial mass produced product), and the environment (sustainably grown environmentally friendly) are impacted in the long run. Personal stories of those involved in production and history of Marijuana farming are illuminating.

I was hooked of this story by the 2nd chapter
I was hooked of this story by the 2nd chapter. The history of the Drug War and Humboldt County have my attention. unfortunately that subject changed and I lost interest in the book in later chapters. A lot of the chapters seem to go into to much detail, and I found myself just flipping pages.

Great read!
Extremely well researched and wonderfully written with great anecdotes. Stoa draws comparisons between the emerging legal marijuana industry with the craft beer market in America, making it easy to envision the future of consumption and the accompanying legal issues we may face. Great read all around!

Very interesting and comprehensive book.
I love the history section. This book is very interesting in many respects and should be read by the lawmakers in this country. It sheds light on not only what has happened, what is happening now, and gives insight and suggestions on how to shape the family farm of the future.
