Excellent blade
Got this blade to do finger joints or box joints and do quick dados. Super flat grind does an excellent job. Happy with this purchase of a high quality blade .

Excellent blade for flat-bottom cuts
I bought this blade after seeing excellent reviews and wanting a premium blade for cutting splines, dados, and other jointery applications requiring a flat bottom. I was extremely impressed by how robust this blade is. The body is a heavier gauge than most and the teeth are quite substantial. The blade creates very accurate and clean cuts. I was so impressed that within a couple of days of receiving and using this blade, I turned right around and bought the ATB/R blade as well for general purpose use on my Sawstop professional cabinet saw. I am extremely pleased with both blades. Now I have my eye on the 12” for my miter saw.

Hard to beat Rigid Carbide saw blades.
I've used these blades for years. Never a problem with them.

Flat clean surface
If you need to make cuts that don't go all the way through the material, like a dado, this blade will leave a flat clean surface without the ridges that you get with regular blades. it is expensive but it will save you time cleaning up ridges.

Excellent blade for flat-bottom shallow cuts.
The blade has performed perfectly for crisp, flat-bottom cuts. After 1000x cuts or so in cabinet-grade plywoods @ 4800 RPM, no remarkable difference from new.

Not all that good
I’ve never used a RC blade, and thought I’d be impressed. I wasn’t. I kept getting strange vibrations from my table saw, and did everything I could possibly do to try and correct the problem. But nothing. I cleaned the blade a couple times, inspected the arbor and washers. Still, the vibration was there. Then, changed out the blade to the ‘red’ competitor, and vibration. was gone. Maybe Ingot a bad blade, I don’t know. But was not impressed, especially given the price. It cut okay, and did well with rabbets and other cuts. But I won’t buy another RC blade again.
