Great laptop
Honestly, this is the best laptop I've ever purchased but I did only had it for 4 months. I've had no issues with it and the keyboard is amazing! The touchscreen is also flawless and my laptop never slows down and honestly it is just amazing. I was scared to purchase such an expensive laptop because there is a chance you may recieve a laptop that is defective but so far no issues so I'm quiet happy w/ my purchase. I do have to say that when you purchase your laptop make sure you read what that seller is selling and their reviews on that product. Fortunately for me the seller I picked are the Toll brothers and they had such great reviews on their electric products. Great customer service on their part and the laptop arrived safely. Thank you so much, couldn't be any happier!

Graduation Present
My daughter is extremely happy with her Laptop. I actually tried to purchase this directly through Microsoft. Their website would not process order, I spoke to two reps over the phone and still had no success. Luckily I turned to amazon and found same exact laptop and was able to add features she needed, AND it actually cost slightly less and best news was it was delivered Prime!

Computer broke after 2 weeks at college. Unable to understand support person.
We bought this computer for my college freshman. Two weeks into it died. Called Microsoft support and had to deal with robots to get to a person. My daughter was unable to understand so the support person had to email instructions. The fix still didn’t work. Very unhappy with the product and support.

French Keyboard
I was excited about the reduced price and ended up with a French keyboard. Otherwise it is a great laptop. It is the second one I have purchased. There is no indication that it would have a French keyboard.

Defective unresponsive keyboard
I already have a Surface laptop and bought a second one for my husband because I liked it so much.The keyboard was totally unresponsive and might be defective. Returning this today.Hopefully the seller does not give me a hard time about getting my money back!
