I really wanted to find a safer more natural alternative to the typical brands. And I found that in this product! In the early days this saved me! I lathered it on to take a shower, after my shower, between nursing and before bed! It kept the pain down and helped me heal! I didn't have to use it after the first 3 months, and I still have plenty left in the tube, so it goes a long way. But man did it stain!! Never forget to put your nursing pads on when using it. I ruined multiple tanks with big nipple located grease stains because my mommy brain forgot the pads! So if you're buying this, go buy some nursing pads too!!

Love this nipple cream! I had the worst cracked nipples with my 1st attempt and breastfeeding and decided to use this while nursing my 2nd baby. My nipples were still so sore, but this was ultra soothing, moisturizing and safe for baby. There is no scent and just thick enough to not be goopy. I am still using this a few times a week 3 months later

I cannot recommend this product enough. I initially used it for sore nipples when I first started breastfeeding, then down the road also discovered it is perfect for sore baby bums! I do cloth diapering, so a lot of typical creams don't work well with cloth diapers. Because this one is so natural, it helps protect my baby's bum from getting worse if a diaper rash starts to crop up. Not useful once a rash has opened sores, though. The only thing I would ask is that the supplier package the cream in a compostable/recyclable container! I would be happy with a glass jar and a cardboard box that could be recycled.

Edit 1 on 03/14/21:I learned that rolling the tube in my hand for several minutes to "heat" up the butter made the butter easier to dispense. I applied some to my hand since I have extremely sensitive skin and wanted to ensure I'd have no reactions to the product. I have no reactions and the butter was very moisturizing on my dry hands. I've changed my original review of 1 star to 3 stars. I've yet to use it on my nipples, but will update my review to reflect any changes when I do.I was aware of the several reviews that noted how impossible it was to squeeze out, but still wanted to give the product a chance. However, I and several family members, that I asked, can't even squeeze it out of the tube. I was very excited to try an organic nipple butter, but am now very disappointed. The only way to get it out of the tube would be to cut it open, but that would be unsanitary.

At first I was annoyed And thought I was going to have to return this product because I could not get the cream to come out of the tube no matter how hard I squeezed. Then I stuck a sharp object into the Opening of the tube as if to break a suction and all of a sudden the cream came out with no issue. Now that it comes out it works great!
