Q: Would this be any good to use with those paint by number paintings you can buy?I think they are made of some sort of cloth.

the brightness settings would surely go through to help with paint by numbers depending on the size of the canvas/material , I wouldn't overall see an issue doing this but keep in mind lightboxes are not particularly made for this purpose.

Yes, if you use a black and white picture to trace this wil work. If you use lighter colours it wil be more difficult I think.
