These fiber gummies taste great and are a little treat during the day. They remind me of gum drop candy and are easy to chew and swallow. I do find that shortly after consuming them, my belly does start to make noises and move things through. They can cause a gassy tummy, so if you are sensitive, you might only be able to tolerate one gummy instead of the recommended 2 daily (or take them at separate times of the day). These, combined with a Magnesium Citrate gelcap, have completely regulated my body like I've never experienced before. It is a bit weird writing a review about something like this, but these have been so helpful that I am hoping my share will assist others in making a decision for themselves.

These Fiber Gummies are a convenient and decent-tasting way to add more fiber to your daily routine. Each serving is two gummies, providing 4 grams of fiber, which is easy to remember and simple to take. Flavor-wise, these are pretty good as far as gummies go. The orange, lemon, and strawberry flavors are pleasant and not overly artificial. Compared to drinking fiber powders or mixes like Benefiber, these are definitely more enjoyable to take, which makes sticking to a routine easier. That said, the texture after chewing isn’t my favorite. Once you start chewing them, they tend to become sticky and get stuck in your teeth, which can be a bit annoying. They do eventually dissolve, but the chewability reminds me a bit of stale gumdrops rather than a smooth gummy candy. Overall, these gummies taste good and do the job, especially if you dislike fiber drinks or powders. If you don’t mind a slightly sticky texture, they’re a convenient and better-tasting alternative for the health benefits of daily fiber intake. Bottom line: good flavor, pretty colors, and convenience, but the texture could be improved.

I rarely write reviews. These fiber gummies are absolutely delicious. I look forward to taking them every night as part of My, "dessert." I have to remind Myself they are fiber gummies & only allow Myself My allowable amount. If they released gummy snacks, I'd buy them. I highly recommend these. IDK how they got them to taste so amazing. All 3 of the flavors. (Lemon, orange, & strawberry) I buy other supplements in gummies, (Welch's) gummy snacks, & I have even made My own infused gummies, and these are the best. I'd tried Metamucil before & had severe abdominal pains. These have not caused any discomfort whatsoever and are a joy to take. However, I personally take 3, wait a while, then take 3 more. (The serving is 2 gummies.) They smell good, are super soft, and don't get stuck in My teeth. Everything about this product is 5 Stars.

These fiber vitamins were very good to me. The quality of them were great when they came to me. They dissolve very easily. The taste is good as well. No crazy smell. I don’t notice anything about an appetite suppressant however I use them for fiber use when taking my GLP1 medication and I definitely noticed a difference when I have to use the bathroom, they are great and I recommend to anybody who is on the GLP1 medication.

These fiber gummies work as expected and are easy to include in a daily routine. They’re gentle and effective, which is the most important part for a supplement. The only downside for me is the updated flavor—I preferred the previous one, which tasted better. The new flavor isn’t bad, just not my favorite. Overall, it’s a decent product that does what it’s meant to do.
