Menopause, on many levels, rocks. It also sucks. I was really, really upset about how painful sex had become and was seriously thinking about just closing up shop (heck, my body was making that decision for me). Does the trick

Did not want to go on estrogen, so this is a great alternative for postmenopausal symptoms. Very messy and caused yeast infection after 1 month. Switched to YES vaginal moisurizer. Better absorption and no adverse affects.

This gel is amazing! I am a menopausal woman, and this gel has worked well for me. It does what is says it will do, and I highly recommend it for dryness or if you just want to feel fresh in the area below your waist.

I am 65 years old and have been using this product for 3 months. After following instructions to use every 3 days I find I have cramping and discharge on the day of use and then unending itching. After reading other reviews I am going to try cutting back on the amount I put in the applicator. Some said to use only a quarter of the amount. I had just ordered two new boxes and was trying to find out how to return them, but I may keep them and try some of the ideas I found in the reviews, as well as spreading out the days in between to 4 or 5 days and see how that goes. I saw Replens recommended by the "Health of Women" study and also "AARP" magazine so I thought it would be safe and effective. However the side effects are really annoying. I wear a thin pad on the day of use to collect all the cream that discharges and still end up feeling sticky and wet. But if it helps with the vaginal dryness and painful intercourse, it's worth keeping on experimenting with. Otherwise I will have to give up sex altogether, which would majorly affect my relationship with my husband.

E' un prodotto decisamente valido, con un'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo dal momento che prevede la possibilità di applicarla ogni tre giorni, preferibilmente al mattino. Per quanto mi riguarda la cosa la rende decisamente più conveniente rispetto ad alri prodotti da me provati che vanno applicati tutti i giorni, cosa decisamente anche scomoda e poco gradevole. Unico neo è che c'è un solo applicatore da lavare e riutilizzare all'occorrenza. Sicuramente è un valido aiuto per i fastidi provocati dalla mancanza di idratazione nelle zone intime, penso che la acquisterò di nuovo, anche perché ha una consistenza che la rende più pratica da usare rispetto ad altre creme o gel che si trovano in commercio e che ho provato con scarsi risultati.
