Do not let the bad reviews scare you. those people must be morons. This is a great product and does what its meant to do. It keeps you out of the sun, it keeps MOST of the rain off you. yes it does puddle on the top and it does flap at highway speeds but its a bikini top!

Best top i have! LOL Well its s bikini top. But how would you know its not the bottom. Hummmm. I suppose it would be a size ZZZ LoL. Works great but you do need to have the metal header for the windshield. I already had one fir the mesh top. I went to Kansas a a nd needed more sun protection. Worked great. My only problem was with traffic driving in the heat but the top worked great! You need one or you ain't a real Jeep person. See i was politically correct.

I installed this a few months back. The straps for installation don't allow for a good snug fit. The directions tell you to hook the clips to the sound bar, but then the straps are not far enough away from the sound bar to pull it nice and tight. It results in a bikini top that puffs up in the wind and sags when you aren't in motion. In order to remedy this, I've got a tie down wrapped around the roll bars behind the sound bar which allow me to pull the top tight. It also seems to work with my Smittybilt C.ES cargo net system now, which I couldn't get to fit with the top before. Great concept, but I think they need to refine the product a little more.

Just as described, but recommend you get the version with the cables if you have 2 door jk with the plastic door fittings in place as it fits a little more snugly.

easy to install fit well I have the factory door surrounds and it is not recommended to go with them but I was able to make it work pretty easily

Don't buy this if you are looking for something to seal the cabin. I bought this along with the wrap around windjammer and tonneau cover and sound bar cover. All the other products the fit is OK but this one fits like crap. In the instruction it says that you need the door surrounds which I bought from bestop. You'd think that having all the parts from one company that they would fit together nicely, but I was wrong. The door surrounds has a bar that goes across the top left to right to ensure they are balanced in place. when you install that bar there is no way you can secure the this bikini to the overdoor roll bar. in addition, the ends of this bikini has no way to attach to the door surrounds neither reach enough to wrap around them. You will end up having a balloon on top of your jeep at a highway speed and can't go beyond 40 MPH. They should follow the way the OEM softtop connects to the door surround or at least not try to sell theirs as it will fit together with their top.

Love this. I already had the installation bar and wanted a way to keep the sun off during the summer but still feeling like the top was off. Works great. Easy to install and remove.

This top is well made EXCEPT for the straps and "buckles". They use the cheap plastic kind of buckles where you just feed the end of the strap through one slot, and back out another- you know, kind of a maybe-friction will hold it kind? These are used on all the Bestop products and mar what could be otherwise good products. Also, the bikini top is pretty much impossible to draw tight across the top of the Jeep so that it is taught (like you see in every marketing picture). It will sag in the middle at rest, and balloon up on the road. The Duster Deck Cover is a better product although it uses the same chinzy straps. The best solution actually would be the OEM Jeep top used with the Duster Cover over the back area, but that cannot be done with the OEM top frame in place.
