Perfect for homemade pizza night!
This is my favorite mozzarella. It melts beautifully on pizza. The taste is great. When it goes on sale I buy a fee because it has a decent expiration date (at least two months out).

Raw Cheese...who knew?
Raw or not, organic or not - I don't care if it doesn't taste good. This cheese tastes good and is supposedly better for you as a "raw" cheese. As a long time cheese-head, I enjoy this cheese and hope they'll have an extra sharp version.

One of the best chedders I've ever had (store bought)
I usually shop @ other stores but this particular chedder is of exceptional taste. Open container and let it age for anothe week or two. Omg let me know how it tastes. I think its fantastic

not spicy
I expect pepper jack cheese to be spicy and creamy. It's the spicy/creamy combination that makes pepper jack cheese awesome. This particular pepper jack cheese is not spicy. It is creamy, with a grassy flavor that's uncommonly found in pepper jack cheese. I've needed a lot of pepper jack cheese since I bought this cheese and I bought a different brand.

Surprisingly bland!!
I was surprised this cheese was so bland for such a pricey cheese. It wouldn't do on my cheese board. Nothing sharp about it, but you will need a sharp knife to cut it, it was soft and it crumbles under a cheese blade.

Creamy goodness!
THis is my absolutle go-to cheese for snacks with all the benefits that raw dairy gives you. This is a great brand and a great famiy-owned company. I've been using their products for a couple of years now including their raw heavy cream. I tend to add cheese to any carb snack to balance it out. I always have PLENTY of Raw Jack on hand and their cheddar is yummy too.
