Lots of great information in a concise book. Give a great overview of ETA, what makes a good searcher, how to search, the ups and downs, and sets expectations

This book is a good starting point if you are thinking about buying or selling a business. They pretty much cover all the bases and describe things to look for and things to avoid. I like the book.

A good introduction if you have never had any experience, contains a comprehensive review of the different dimensions you should keep track off. However, I do not recommend using as the only source

Consider this book a very good primer to buy your first business. Though it may seem rudimentary in some areas, rudimentary is what you need when you are new to the world of buying a small business.

Stories and facts. Details of what you may experience. This is a must read to envision what you may experience

Great content, poor physical product.
