Ball Pint Jar, Regular Mouth, Set of 12, (16 oz)

I love these mason jars so much! I was really worried when i ordered them because i didn’t realize they could break during shipment. I’m glad they arrived perfectly. I actually ordered this pack a few years ago.. I didn’t use all the jars so i still have some in storage. But the ones i used are still good up to this day.. i love that they don’t go opaque over time. These jars are very sturdy and leak proof. Would definitely recommend because they are so cute and so versatile!

I cook A LOT and therefore have a plethora of spices. I was tired of having them in bags all over my kitchen, so I decided to buy a spice rack. However, spice racks have teeny tiny little jars which certainly does not work for me. I needed something bigger - so I found these Ball Pint Jars and ordered them! They are great! Not too big, not too small. Came super fast, nothing was damaged! ( I was afraid since it was glass it might break on the way) I am very pleased. The price is right. Keep in mind they are smaller than the standard Ball Jars.

I admit that I chose these mason jars over other brands and styles purely for their visual appeal. Other reviewers had mentioned that the manufacturing quality left something to be desired, but they are working perfectly for me with no cracks or broken seals. The instructions clearly say that they're not for freezing, but I've stuck them in the freezer without problems (but always careful to leave some headroom and freeze at first without closing the lid all the way).These are my first ever mason jars with this type of lid, and I'm not sure how other brands last, but the metal lids and rings are very quick to rust, so I've learned that I have to hand dry them immediately after washing.I've also since found that my local supermarket carries this exact product for a cheaper price, so I would recommend checking yours if you want to save a few bucks.

I could live in a house made solely from various sizes of Mason Jars. But I can be clumsy so that idea sucks and I'll just get on with my review. I use mason jars for EVERYTHING. For soap dispensers, for storing food, food prep, blended foods (gtube fed son), bathroom storage, lotions, potions (muahh ha haaaa)....seriously these come in handy in so many circumstances. They are durable. They have a classic look that can be turned into something fancy REALLY easily. They're just super versatile and really good quality. Someone needs to make a book, 'Sh*t You Can Do with Mason Jars'. I'd buy it!

I was tired of having mismatched cups and glasses. These were the perfect solution to my problem. They all arrived in perfect condition. I did have to run them through the dishwasher before I used them... they had a foul odor, but that's not a big deal at all. I haven't thought of using them for jarring fruit or anything, but when I was taking the lids off of them I did notice that they were sealed very tightly.. so I'm sure if I ever wanted to jar or can with them that I could. But they work perfectly for cups. I love to measure out my adult drinks. So if I want to I can use them to get an approximate measure. Also, guests love the surprise and fun of drinking out of something other than everyday normal glasses. Makes having a glass of water.....fun. They also fit in my slender cupboard without wasting any space, unlike a normal chalice shaped glass would.

I didn't have any issues with the set of jars I received - they were in perfect condition and all the lids work properly. I managed to obtain them for a ridiculously low price so it's a win-win. They're famously great jars with multiple uses which is only limited by your imagination.

Exactly what I needed. I bought the jars to paint for classroom decor/desktop organizers and these were the perfect size (a pint) to hold paper clips, pens, pencils, highlighters and erasers. I took away one star because when I cut through the top of the bubble wrap and plastic, 2 of the 12 jars were broken (shattered into tiny pieces) and left tiny shards/dust that were on the other jars in the pack.

Ball is such a reliable brand of canning jars that my family has used for decades. Am a happy customer to not have to run to town when so busy canning.
