A Tan Without the Lobster Phase
I’ve been taking these for a few weeks and I can definitely see a difference. My skin tone looks warmer and more even without having to roast in the sun. They’re easy to swallow and haven’t caused any weird side effects, which is always a plus. I’m not exactly golden brown yet, but it’s a nice healthy glow. Perfect if you want a boost before a holiday or just to avoid looking like you’ve been living in a cave all winter.

Made me feel sick. I only took them for a few days as they made me sick and they seem unhealthy

perfect to use before holiday
I always suffer from prickly heat when going on the sunbed or on holiday. I started taking these before going back on the sunbed and I have had no itching or peeling at all. I have brilliant all over tan which I achieved quicker and it is lasting longer. Just ordering my third bottle as I think these are fab.

Not worth it
Have been taking these consistently for 3 weeks. No noticeable change in my skin colour. Also had to take them just before bed to not notice how nauseated they make you. Not worth the money
