Seriously this is a brilliant product for anyone with sinus issues. Cured one of the most serious Sinus infections i have ever had in my life. Tried everything possible for over a month and then considered surgery. Eureka Neil med to the rescue. And regular use maybe a couple of times a week works wonders, though care should be taken on the water used ( i use kinley packaged water and boil is once before use) , and how much pressure is applied while rinsing, has to be very gentle pressure

The best bottle and sachets for nasal rinse for sinusitis and post nasal surgery. Good quality, lasts a long time. Easy to clean.

Worst product ever. I don't know why it has such good reviews unless they are paid for. The bottle doesn't have enough pressure to rinse out your sinuses. The water gets stuck in sinuses causing ear pain and mucus build up. Really disappointed.

It's simple to use, packed properly and works fantastic. Satches are packed in a proper ziplock. Instructions on maintaining the bottle are also clear. Certainly helped my sinuses.

i saw this product on tik tok and since i unfortunately got a cold, i decided to buy one. it’s really easy to use and i have seen a few common mistakes, people tilting their heads to the side, and people not blocking off the airway passages from their mouth. i watched a bunch of tutorials before i did it because i was nervous that it would be uncomfortable, but i used distilled water and warmed it up a little bit so it was luke warm, i also hummed while i was using it which helped keep my mouth blocked off, tilted my head forwards and it worked so well! was not painful or uncomfortable at all, and also did its job! kept my nose clear for a good while.
