Great prodict
Love these. They are easy to install and came with everything you could need. While the instructions are simple, I'd recommend looking up an install video for some tips and tricks (i.e. heating up your 3m tape, sticking cardboard in the channels for a couple days to form a memory of a gap so your windows don't try and auto-roll back down). My only complain is the packaging from the manufacturer (not amazon) the packaging was open and I always expect an item that requires install to have some sort of plastic covering to peel off after install, which it was lacking.

2019 Tacoma TRD Sport
They fit just fine on my 2019 Tacoma TRD Sport Dbl. cab. Just installed them and had a minor issue when the window wouldn't roll up completely until I pressed the product onto the surface a bit harder and it closed just fine. I like the low profile look and will leave the windows up for a few more days.

Love them
I’ve used AVS ventshades on all my previous cars and my current and you can’t go wrong with them. I always go with the outside mount ones so I don’t end up with the window issues. These are super easy to apply, durable, they’re easy to clean and so great to have on a rainy spring day to keep the water out and let the fresh air in.

Better option than WeatherTech in-channel, use fuel to remove logo!
I had weathertech ones for awhile, until one got cracked after over a year. Think someone bumped into it at a tailgate in a parking lot.The weathertech is adhesive-free, unlike these. Which is nice, but the main reason I prefer these is the thickness. Weathertech ones are so thick and they add noticeable resistance in rolling up the window. These ones I can't notice any resistance in rolling up the window, which is much better IMO!Of course time will tell how the adhesive holds up, I expect it's better to apply on a hot day in the sunlight and leave the windows up for a few days. Either way you really need to keep the windows up until the adhesive bonds with the channel.A tip for removing the AVS logo:- Get a couple cotton swabs, a microfiber towel, a cup of water, and a small amount of gasoline (put in a steel or ceramic bowl so it doesn't melt)- Rub some gasoline over the logo with a cotton swab - in about 10 seconds the logo will disappear- Use water+microfiber towel to wipe down the visor and remove residual gasolineThat seems to have removed the logo in an un-detectable way and takes just a few seconds per side.

No Good for 2021 Tacoma
The media could not be loaded. I've installed ventshades before and used AVS shades in the past as well, but this was a disaster. From opening the packing this was a terrible experience. The ventshades come shrink wrapped to a big piece of cardboard. Not sure if this package was just old or overheated when it was packaged, but it was a struggle to separate the outer plastic from the actual ventshades. They were stuck together. As I tried peeling the plastic away it was stuck to the adhesive backing that was on the ventshades which meant as I was opening the packing it was peeling away the protectant off the adhesive backing to expose the sticky part. There was no way to open this without ruining the adhesive protectant.Since the sticky sides were now exposed I had to work quickly so they didn't dry out. After following the cleaning instructions, I placed the ventshade in the front passenger channel. I held it in place as I rolled up the window.. CRACK. The shade immediately cracked. on the front end. Assuming it wasn't a "perfect fit", the shade stayed in place and I continued on the driver side. That adhesive backing was also already exposed from de-boxing as well.. As I tried to slide this shade into the channel it just wouldn't fit. No matter which way you configured it, the shade was too long by INCHES. There was no room to work with. The shade was jammed all the way forward, yet it was still sticking past my window channel. I didn't even attempt to do the rear windows. It just wasn't worth it.Amazon and AVS say this fits a 2021 Tacoma double cab, but it definitely does not. Will be returning immediately.
