Great product. Works with all of my meetings. Only drawback is the support web site
Bought this because I needed a headset for my home office. I am in meetings a good majority of the day and I move from Microsoft Teams, to Google hangouts to Webex and none of the headsets I have allowed for this. I've tried other headsets (both wired and wireless) and they would fade in and out. Additionally, the range of this head set is great and the sound clarity does not suffer when I am moving around the house. The noise cancelling works fantastically. I had a truck backing up outside the house and it did not pick that up, yet my voice was clear as a whistle. I like that I can connect it to my computer AND my phone at the same time. I will be testing the phone connection soon and will update. One thing I had to do was figure out how to connect to Google. Unlike Microsoft teams it did not automatically work. I actually had to click on the green button on the base, as if to disconnect the call, and then I could hear and be heard. There was no mention of that detail on the Jabra web site. One down side to this headset is not about the product, but the support site. There is no real support. I wasn't able to get any help with the google hangouts. But since it wasn't a product issue I still rated it a 5. I love that the base shows that I am online and the headset lights up so my husband can tell when I am in a meeting. Once I test the actual desk phone connection I will update this with details. LOVE this headset.

Top notch unified communications headset
I'm on a softphone several hours a day for international conference calls; mostly from home using Skype. For me, the critical criteria of a good headset are sound quality, range, and battery life; and the Jabra Engage 65 is satisfying those needs exceptionally well so far. Sound Quality: Since I often work with teams in other countries, even small distortions make a call unproductive (say again please...). The Engage has been loud and clear on both ends. Noise cancellation is pretty good, but doesn't remove everything except your voice. Wind and other ambient sounds are still audible when not muted. Range: I like to walk-and-talk when I'm in an involved conversation, so wired and Bluetooth headsets don't cut it. The ability to move around the house and yard (make coffee, get the mail, bring in garbage cans) makes living on the phone much more tolerable and allows a bit of physical activity during long calls. Battery: I've done a couple 10-hour workshops and haven't run out of battery yet as long as I get it on the charger for a half-hour over lunch. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this model. It replaces a Pro 930 I used for about seven years (even soldered in a replacement battery once), which finally gave up the ghost. I see only 2 minor faults, neither of which is a deal-breaker by any stretch. First, I would prefer the mute button to be further up the boom or on the earpiece. The button at the tip is harder to find and I sometimes bump the mic when pressing it. Second, the earpiece swivels too easily on the headband. A swivel is nice (the 930 was fixed flat), but the loose joint doesn't sit as stationary against the head.

Excellent Headphones
I am on the phone for an average of 4-6 talk hours per work day. First, the sound quality is amazing, with quick volume adjustments if needed. I have plenty of battery throughout my day. I only use this with my computer phone, so cannot speak to a desk phone or cell phone. It was a very easy setup, plug into the computer and it was immediately recognized, so no downloads were needed. The earpiece is very comfortable, and can easily be changed to fit the other ear. Since I have to answer calls through my computer, range is not an issue for me. These headphones are a huge improvement over the wired headphones my company provides. I would highly recommend these headphones to anyone who spends a lot of time on the phone!

Basically works really well, but Jabra Direct software for device management is garbage
Received the Engage 65 mono two days ago, and have been using it heavily since. Easy to set up and get going (already have multiple other Jabra Bluetooth headsets). Great range (the reason I bought it even though I already have the BT headsets). Good sound quality. Headband is a tiny bit looser than I'd like, but I think that can be tweaked, given its metal core. Mute button is quick. In actual use, the Engage seems to work rather well, and I haven't found a real weakness yet, other than the excessive price for what is essentially the same as the old Panasonic DECT cordless phone sitting on my desk. As recommended by Jabra, I installed the Jabra Direct app on my almost-new 16" MacbookPro, as that's the only way to update firmware or modify many of the settings. The install went fine, and the first time I ran it, I actually go the app to run and let me do things. But now, ever since that first time, the app will "run", but there's absolutely no UI presented, and it's completely useless. Horrible and frustrating, with no real support from Jabra. Might be fine on Windows, but that's not what I use, so can't say.

Noise canceling???
Terrible! noise quality was not as advertised, creates static on receiving side Earpiece can do a 360 spin which gets loose over time so the earpiece almost twirls around if you don’t hold it in a certain way while placing on charger. I tried to return this product but it was outside of the return window. I wouldn’t buy this again 10/10 don’t recommended
