Dosmix Smartwatch
I was sceptical at first as operating seemed a bit confusing. However, the watch is pretty easy to figure out even with the crappy manual that is supplied with it. The problem I have with the manual is that it is very small format:2 3/4 in. x 4 3/4 in. covering instructions in several languages the translation to English could have been better. But the main problem with the manual is that it is so small. I actually had to scan it to a PDF file so that I could blow it up for reading. Over all, it is a pretty nice smartwatch with more features than I personally find useful but it has the stuff I wanted at a modest price and the battery life is pretty good. I knocked off a point for the lousy manual which will likely never be improved. Buy it!

unreliable accuracy
pros: the fit and looks of this watch are nice and it keeps time accurately.cons: the blood pressure measurements are totally inaccurate. I have high blood pressure and measure it regularly with pro equipment. This thing has never even been close. The pulse counter seems to be in the ball park unless you are exercising . Stair stepper machine showed a pulse of 126, I measured my pulse with fingers and stopwatch and got 128bpm. This watch repeatedly showed 80-90bpm. The pedometer sometimes doesn't count steps at all and when it does it can be off by 10-20% and other times very little error. All in all I could not trust its measurements so returned it for refund

:)
In short, I am sorry that this product DID NOT deliver in regards to a true blood pressure reading. I was diagnosed as a high blood pressure candidate. I need to regulate my blood pressure through out the day and when I used the reading from the fitness tracker watch, it repeatedly gave me a normal reading of 110-130 over 65-75. When I calibrated the fitness tracker to a blood pressure monitor, there was a difference of 70 points from systolic and a 20 point difference from diastolic. I would not recommend this watch to anyone looking for a true reading of your blood pressure.

So far so good
Right now I'm giving this 3 stars. Just got it today. I've had 2 Samsung Great Fit 2s. I really like the look and feel of the watch. I got the Pro (Wear Health phone app & different band) The charger is interesting - a clamp on a short USB cable. Had trouble with getting it to connect to app but worked it out by turning Bluetooth off/on. Message screens could be better. I bought it mainly for blood pressure and I go to my doctor soon. Will update with findings on accuracy. The phone app needs work on translation, documentation and interface for US/English. So far I like it and it's relatively simple to use. Hope updates will continue to be made

incomplete instructions
There was no detail description on how to set the date/time or reset other features to zero. i wrestled with this device for two to three days, pressing, swiping, soft press, long press, etc. I ended up sending it back.

sports watch will log to your phone
With an app and bluetooth sync this watch will log your historical to the phone for long term preservation. The watch is sturdy and fairly accurate. The battery lasts about 3-4 days, charging takes 1 & 1/2 hour. My kids want one 0_o

You pay a little, you get a little
Blood pressure monitor was totally innsccurate when measured concurrently with medicsl device, even after multiplr calibrations. Sleep monitor was very hit or miss in registering sleep periods. Battery lasts 2 days
