My kids love these pencil boxes! I purchased two, purple and orange. They were extremely amused that they pop up and down and because kids are crazy over fidgets these days it gave them the fidget feel. The nice thing was that even thought their desk compartments were not big enough, they were able to remove a few unnecessary items and pop it down a notch to fit perfectly. The material is a durable material that I don't believe will rip from scissors or being poked by pencils through the school year. Very impressive item

I bought two of them to store my colored pencils, and I'm really happy with them. They're durable and definitely hold a lot. The one minor thing that I've noticed is that if the box isn't totally full, they sometimes collapse as you pick them up. Totally minor problem, but that's the only negative thing I could come up. Other than that, I find the box to be perfect for my needs!

I’m not using this box as intended, but for receipts. He can expand route the year, which it has easy and convenient just to throw the receipt into the box in the dump with it until the end of the year of tax season

The idea of an expandable pencil box is great! The biggest issue is that the latch is difficult to keep closed when it’s expanded out. However, for a kid, it’s going to get the job done.

I love this box because it is actually large enough to hold all my sons supplies with extra room. The box is very durable. I have the orange one that my son used last year and it’s still in great shape but decided to use that one at home and purchase another for school. I’m happy to find another option other than the small plastic boxes that works!

Purchased this for my son who is 6. It fits markers pencils and crayons with room to spare. I love how it collapses to store more or less products. Exactly as described .
