The hooks appear to be manufactured with some degree quality assurance. These are being used for hanging tools. Not sure of what a weight restriction is. Good value for the investment cost.

I got a pack of these to hang some pots — which they did nicely...but they have SOOO many more uses! I decided to hang some of the often-used utinsels (spoons, spatulas, etc) from the hodgepodge container of kitchen tools — they’re so much easier to pick out! Then there were the hot pads — the favorites got hung for easy access...then other things needed hanging. In one case I was aggravated at some stretchy silicone lids (to replace plastic wrap!) which I’d nested but were always getting tangled...so I made small holes in the tab ‘handle’ and hung them...problem solved. I think I’ve ordered these 3 times, finding more and more uses for them. It’s turned out to be a good thing that one end is quite round and the other is narrow, so you can hang something skinny on a rod, or something bulky on a wire rack...and connect 2 if you need 2 fat, or 2 skinny, ends. They’re quite strong, no problem with hanging cast iron skillets.

Thinner guage than I expected. Would have liked them to be slightly thicker, but they seem to be working okay because I am careful when I place anything on them. I would not try hanging a heavy cast iron pan on them as I doubt they would hold it.
