It was new and untouched. Clean package. In 3 months the both heads have been used and need replacement, i was thinking, i wont need to buy a new set for the next 6 months from date of purchase bt here ,im searching for best offers within 3 months..anyways Amazon has delivered a good product to my doorstep. I will order it again.
