Q: why does it not require batteries

It works like a traditional manual ratchet. But also has the added feature of being motor powered. So you can tighten bolts or nuts down to 35kn. Then any additional tightening can be done manually.

Q: I noticed from the previous question asked that this unit does not have a seperate battery. Does it come with a power supply to charge it?

Hi. Nope its just the bare unit tool but any Milwaukee M12 battery will fit so if you have an old one you use that.

Absolutely fantastic, great item for any mechanicFast delivery, worth every penny… I have dropped it a few times and it’s very durable and didn’t even chip, doesn’t drain the battery as fast as I thought it was going to..Functional for most jobs however I wish I bought the longer neck.

Handy tool, saves a lot of time.

A compact ratchet which is easy to use. Usually Milwaukee quality.Not as powerful as I expected it might be but after an initial ‘crack’ with a breaker bar it soon winds bolts out saving plenty of time over the day.I bought a 3ah battery to go with it which has plenty of life
