C'est une bonne marque et un bon produit. Si on le tient bien, on ne peut pas se faire mal. Les couteaux sortent bien aiguisés et on ne peut pas les abimer avec une mauvaise manipulation.

I have owned this exact Henckels knife sharpener for at least ten years. I bought one for my Dad and as a gift for a neighbour at the time, because we loved it so much. Now that our kids are on their own, I just bought one for each of them as well. I also bought myself an extra one, just to keep in our trailer. They are an excellent quality product. The one I've had for ten years, still sharpens all my knifes to a beautiful edge! There might be cheaper ones on the market, but I cannot vouch for them. I CAN vouch for this one, as I have owned it long enough to say it has met and the exceeded expectations!

This is one of the best simple knife sharpeners ever made. I bought one decades ago in Germany, and it still works perfectly. I just bought a new one for our beach house.
