Great for Beginner Kickboxers
These have held up well throughout regular use in beginners kickboxing sessions when learning kicking techniques. They have protected the top of my foot from bruising when I would hit the bag too hard or the wrong way.

Comfort
Love these for kickboxing.I have lots of problems with my feet but didn’t want to give up kickboxing so I tried these and love them. The padding is a life saver and I love the open bottoms so I can turn on my foot. I wear a 8.5 -9 women’s shoe and thought the XL was too large so I went a size smaller. Could have gone either way.
