Let down by quality
Unfortunately, I had to return this product. The bag looks much better in the picture than when it arrived. It's a canvas type bag that was very creased, as it was squashed by the packaging whilst in transit. I would probably have overlooked that, but since the quality of the zips wasn't great, I decided to return it. I will say one positive thing about is that it's very spacious and has separate compartments for packing baby's things when you're out and about. So if you're not too bothered by the aesthetics of a changing bag and just want something affordable and functional, this will probably serve you well.

Tommee tippee bottles do not fit in the insulated pockets

Absolutely amazing bag. Fantastic value for moneyonly snag is the large Dr browns bottles doesn't fit in the front compartment. Where the bottles are meant to go. Other than that would highly recommend. Fast delivery

This is great!! I really love it, it's really spacious, I can get enough baby stuff. I love those middle zippers, so you can acces the bottom side without take out everything above.

Pretty spacious bag
Overall a fancy, spacious, lightweight backpack.One thing to improve would be the two Velcro attachments for the buggy. They are very narrow and get damaged when the backpack is very heavy and hanging on it

Great quality - looks amazing
I love this bag, bought as my previous baby bag was falling apart. This looks amazing, is really good quality material, really spacious, can easily fit all my baby things, toddler snacks and my bits too. I wish I had converted to a rucksack years ago for baby bag. Love the pram straps too. I would 100% recommend

Excellent customer service
Brilliant design. Very large but comfortable size. Was very happy until a rip appeared along a seam. However, amazing customer service meant I received an apology and replacement very quickly. Couldn't ask for more! Here's hoping this one lasts! Thank you!
