The unit is well made and looks very good and was easy to install.
I submitted an initial review of the item and would like to retract that review.After receiving this item and installing it, we had a water flow issue with the eyewash station. I received an immediate response to help resolve my issue. After a few back and forth messages with the manufacturer, they opted to send me a new unit with different spray (adjustable) heads. I received the new unit within days. I was impressed with the quick delivery.I installed the new unit and was amazed at the perfect operation of the unit.Thank you "Mary" for your assistance in this matter.Robert Gawlik

You need to connect the water line with valve at the beginning for more secure
The media could not be loaded. It is good item but you will need to buy more additional items to connect to the water and the wall drain, maybe you need to buy another house cause the original house is very weak. Thank you

good product for the money!
Overall it seems to be of good quality. Once mounted it is sturdy and works well. The only gripe I really have is the drain tube seemed to be welded a little off center so it looks out of level even though it is not
