CK17 Air Cooled TIG Torch Kit, 150A, 12.5', 1-Pc Super-Flex, CK17-12-RSF RG

I love this torch! I have the Lotos Tig220 ACDCP that I bought in addition to my Lotos 225 MiG with the spool gun. I’m new to welding in general and I weld aluminum a lot. This torch is just amazing. I bought a flex torch from riverweld and YouTube said that ck worldwide was the best so I figured I’d try it out. I’m a believer. I haven’t used it a whole lot but from what I have done I do beleive I made a good choice! I had to purchase an adapter for the hose to fit the machine, I beleive it’s a 3/8 24 female to m14x1.5 female. I had to purchase this on eBay for around $50 but the package for $140 in whole was 100% worth it and I’m glad I tried it because I’ll only buy ck torches from now on.

Excelente calidad, muy cómodo con el estilo del cable tipo cuerda, lo estoy usando con corrientes de 90 a 100 amp sin problemas.

The Torch was easy to replace but I had to get a connector to fit my Everlasting 210 welder.

CK is what came with my first personally owned TIG and I've loved their stuff ever since. Thin handle without being flimsy, easy to get and change parts, and the SuperFlex hoses are fantastic when getting into difficult spots. Just beware if you have a dirty shop floor; the fabric covering will pick up garbage like cutting splinters and machining burrs. Recommended using a cover even on a single line air cooled torch. I keep my spaces clean, but I've come home from a visit job and had to pick potential metal splinters out of my line.

I guess it’s my fault for not realizing before I ordered it, but I bought the torch for work. I only do field work, so once I realized there was no gas knob on the torch it was kind of a disappointment. For $82 I can’t complain too much. Also this was expected but if you run a engine driven machine (generator welder) it gets pretty hot

I have the VULCAN TIG200 with it's REALLY heavy cord, and this aircooled torch kit COMPLETELY changed my welding. I never realized to what extent the original heavy cord was influencing my movement. With this one, you barely feel it on your shoulder and can completely focus on your welding. That, in and of itself, was enough for me. A must-get upgrade for Vulcan welders.
