I have enjoyed the use of my deeper connect mini. In fact I have missed it so much I gave a poor review. I'm truly sorry about this as this seller has gone the extra distance and is replacing the one I have with a new one. Because they have been so kind to help and they believe in their product I will be buying one soon for my parents as so they can enjoy geo region freedom of movies and shows even programing in other countries instead of being locked into their region only. I have got the deeper connect air and it has worked perfectly since I've gotten it and until I get the replacement I'm going to utilize that to be able to watch the programming I have still come to enjoy since I've had the deeper connect products so I've bought the deeper connect mini and the deeper connect air plus I'm going to buy another deeper connect mini for my parents so I can tell you this is definitely a product I believe in and I definitely recommend it the reason being if there's any issues these sellers go the extra mile to make sure that you're happy with your product as they've done with me thank you so much for your time and helping me get the answers that I needed and deal with the frustration of not being able to enjoy those programs I can hardly wait till everything is back to normal again here's wishing everybody a good day and be confident in your choices I know I am Darcey
